questions

I'm borrowing this one from [livejournal.com profile] r_vecchio because it seems interesting. Oh, and you don't have to beg or anything. Just asking is fine.

INSTRUCTIONS
01. Beg me to ask you questions.
02. If I can be bothered, I'll respond with five questions.
03. If you can be bothered, you will update your LJ with the answers to the questions.
04. Include this explanation and an offer to interrogate someone else in the post.
05. When others comment asking to be interviewed, you will ask them five questions.

Here are the questions Ray asked me along with the answers:

01. Do you think it's weird we've never introduced ourselves?

Not really. We sort of hit if off and started talking, didn't we? But my mother would be disappointed in me if I didn't say it was nice to meet you.

02. Why did you move to the States?

I had some things I had to get away from.

03. Can I have a ride on your carousel?

Don't see why not. There's fun to be had, right?

Er, unless that's a come on.

04. Does "Shy" come from the adjective or is it short for something?

Adjective. I stopped talking for a few years when I was a kid. The name stuck.

05. Armani or Gucci? And why?

I can't really say. They're designers, right? What's the difference between them?

02. Maybe after you've been down on one knee again.
03. Making you think, huh?
04. You didn't say a word between the ages of 7 and 9? What, did someone cut out your tongue and sew it back on the wrong way?
05. I'm damn shocked ANYONE has to ask what the difference is! I can't...I can't even dignify it with an answer. You've hurt me, Shy. I'm bruised.

No. He's not exactly a friend, so much as someone who gives me...cookies to stop talking. But yeah, he has a thing for hoofed animals. My hoofed animals, anyway. A Pony and a Zonkey to be specific. I hold visitation rights.

2. Sure, by that time I should be ready to tell you.
3. Could be.
4. It was more like between the ages of 7 and 12. I saw my father killed. I didn't want to talk after that.
5. Well, which one do you like better?

A Zonkey? Cookies to stop talking? Ray, you have an interesting life.

2. I'll look forward to it.
3. Heh.
4. Oh. Well, yeah, okay. Ahem. Uh...
5. Armani. Obviously.

Why, thank you. At this moment in time though, he's not being particularly forthcoming with the baked goods, so no more farm animals for him for a while.

Why is Armani better than Gucci?

[identity profile] r-vecchio.livejournal.com 2007-09-26 08:22 pm (UTC)(link)
Because it's Armani. Top quality threads. Finest duds in all the world.

Ohh... Well that clears it right up then. I wouldn't know anything about quality threads.

Last suit I had to wear was to my dad's funeral. Never needed one once I was grown.
