I've been thinking about this for a while. I know I need to talk to someone about everything that's on my mind but I've been reluctant to do that with a stranger. A good friend's offered to let me talk to him as a counselor rather than a friend. I trust him. I've got to discuss it with a couple of other folks first but I'd really like to discuss this stuff with someone I know I can be completely honest with and not fear they'll stop loving me if I'm an awful person. There are going to be some things I've never talked to anyone about not even my mum. I'm just tired of feeling weighed down by it all.
