Mr. Steiffer's selling the business. He says I can keep living in his guest house but that's going to be awkward, isn't it? Me living in some old man's guest house if he's not my boss anymore?

It's not just that. He said that he's selling to some big tour company - don't know the name yet - and they might bring in their own people. Sounds to me as if Mr. Steiffer's business is going to be swallowed up by this huge thing.

Even if I get to stay, I might have to wear a uniform. I'm not sure I'm ready for this.
